I made these more as calzones since the first time I tried to roll these up it kinda didnt work too well for me. I wasnt very used to the canned pizza crust properties .... But the filling was REALLY good. I would def. make this again and maybe in a regular pizza form or use my own dough recipe and try to roll it up since I know how it likes to "act" more than store bought.

This is tasty and I can see the possibilities of other combos. Kind of like a calzone. I used the prepared pizza crust, but would make my own next time. It was a little hard to work with. Too spongy? I lightened this up a tad by using ground turkey, turkey bacon and reduced-fat cheddar. Worked fine. I think I will try an actual pizza type filling next time.
