Delicious! Exactly what I was craving. I added a splash of Tabasco and a bit of nutmeg on top. I used it to make a faboo chicken sandwich--spread it on top of a cooked chicken breast, added a slice of provolone and broiled it briefly. Rich and wonderful. Thanks for posting, it's a keeper!

This is the best Artichoke recipe ever! I tried other ones but I think the difference is the addition of cream cheese and dill. I added to the food processor a couple of jalapeno rings that are in a jar to this recipe. YUMMY!! Once you try this one you won't try anything else.

I made this for some friends, and then to my embarrassment the tortilla chips I had served were stale. But the dip was so good everyone ate it anyway! Thanks for preventing an entertaining disaster!

I have taken this to several parties where a lot of good stuff was served and this is always the first to be consumed. And it is so easy

So easy and tastes great! My food processor is small so I used the chopping function on my blender...worked well.

I made this for a last minute get-together this past weekend. It was so quick to make....all things that I had on hand. I added some finely chopped onion to it before baking. Thanx for a great dip! I'll make this again.

Quick, easy and very tasty. I spread mine on bagels for brunch, but love the idea of using it as a sandwich spread as well. Thanks for sharing.
