ingredients
- 2 jar artichokes (reserve liquid)
- 59.14 ml chopped onion (I like yellow)
- 4 eggs
- 3-4 clove garlic, chopped
- 0.61 ml oregano
- 4.92 ml Tabasco sauce (or more if you like)
- 59.14 ml dried breadcrumbs
- 1.23 ml salt
- 1.23 ml pepper
- 226.79 g cheddar cheese, shredded
directions
- Pre-heat oven to 325-350 f.
- grease pan (I use a 9x9 brownie pan).
- chop artichokes.
- saute onion in artichoke liquid until soft,drain, set aside.
- beat eggs.
- add spices,artichokes,cheese and onion.
- bake 30 minutes.
- cool and cut into squares.
