      Very good! I even would skip the mayonnaise next time just use extra cheese to help it all stay together. I made 1/2 the amount replacing the white onion with a red one. Place on 1 whole tortilla top with an other then sliced into four wedges. This was part of Menu #28779 chick out the topping I used. Made for ZWT5. Gracia.

      These were really good and very rich. I made these for lunch and DH and I really enjoyed them the DD did not care for it and she usually loves anything with crab. I am going to make these next time as appetizer and cut into small pieces instead of as a meal. Made for PRMR Jan 2009

      Oh, wow! Pure genius! I'm eating this right now for my lunch, and they are just marvelous. I used Dungeoness crab, left out the jalepeno, and since I was out of cilantro, I subbed green onion instead. I cut this down to make 1/2 dozen, which is just perfect for a lunch. Thank you so much for posting, breezermom! Made for 1-2-3 Hit Wonders.

      Absolutley divine! I REALLY loved this recipe; I made it yesterday for a solo lunch - Malcolm was out working all day! The combination of the crab and all the seasonings and the fact these are BAKED gave a wonderful result. I used low-fat mayonnaise and cut this back for one person = 2 tortilla wraps. In place of the American cheese suggested, which I cannot get here in France, I used mature Cheddar cheese, and used a little extra, as I LOVE cheese.
