I didn't add the jalapenos or the green pepper, didn't have them. I also added crockpot carmelized onions to it. We really liked this and it was good the next day for leftovers. Next time I would like to add some red pepper flakes for a little heat.

Everybody loved it!! I didn't have everything on hand so mine did not have tomatoes and green pepper. Instead I simmered my chicken in bbq sauce with some red pepper flakes to give it some spice and I did a mixture of pizza sauce and bbq sauce so it wasn't overly sweet. I loved the addition of pineapple!!

This is good pizza. Also very quick and easy to a make. For our personal tastes the recipe calls for too much barbecue sauce on the pizza. I put 1 C on the first one and it was too much. So I put 2/3 C on the second one and that was about right. Made for Beverage Tag 2008.

This pizza is FABULOUS! It is an easy after work meal that is very flexible. I had to leave of a few things 'cuz of my onion, green pepper, tomato phoebes but the pizza was still delicious with just the chicken, pineapple and jalapenos. I used Italian Blend Cheese, Boboli crust and baked it per the Boboli directions at 450 degrees for 10 minutes. Thanks again Mama for ANOTHER fantastic recipe!

I was surprised to find out we didn't really love this pizza, with so many rave reviews... I have another BBQ chicken pizza I like to make but this one sounded a little more exciting with the pineapple etc... but for some reason it wasn't the right combination for our taste buds. There is nothing wrong with the recipe, just our personal taste only allows a 3 star "like it" review rather than a 4 star "loved it" one. Thanks for creating this though and may many others try it and love it! :) -alison

This is a keeper! I omitted the jalapenos, used pre-made pizza crust as well, and had no soggy crust here! It was very delicious. Made for RSC#10.

This was a good pizza. I really loved the BBQ sauce instead of pizza sauce. Great combos and cool idea for the contest. The puneapple was a really different and yummy topping to add and the cheeses were a nice change from the ordinary.

This pizza was great and so easy to throw together:) And it gave me a chance to use my new pizzazz pizza oven, yay! Thanks for the recipe.

OH Wow! This pizza is really good! I have now managed to eat half a pie and tear myself away to write a review. I loved the flavor of this pizza! I was not too sure how the crushed pineapple was going to work... and it was perfect! The only thing I did differently was to use minced pickled jalapenos instead of slices, but that did not affect the outcome at all. I used HUGE garden fresh cherry tomatoes - oh yum!! My first thought as I was hoisting this bad boy into the oven was that there was way too many ingredients..... I just love being dead-wrong! :) Good Luck Chef! This quick, easy and delicious recipe should rise to the top of the list.

I used jiffy crust pizza mix and blind baked it for 7 minutes first. I added bacon, but otherwise followed the recipe. This was sooooo good. I spread the pizza dough in a 9x13 pan and ended up with crispy thin crust pizza (yeah!) We'll be making this again for pizza night, DH and I were both wishing I had made more. Start to finish took less time than delivery, and it tasted much better. This is a keeper.

We LOVED this pizza. I added some chopped portabella mushrooms, but otherwise made it as directed and it was terrific! I used a pre-cooked pizza crust and it did not go soggy for me at all. Terrific flavours, well written and easy to follow directions, a real winner!Made for RSC 10 :)

I made a single serve pizza by making only 1/4 of the recipe on a small pizza crust made from Pizza Dough. I did leave off the jalapeno peppers because I knew it would make it too hot for me, but everything else was great! Thanks for posting and good luck!!

This was a good basic pizza. But I thought it was similar to many other bbq chicken pizzas I've had. I did everything suggested to keep from having a soggy crust, but still had one. Sigh. We enjoyed this pizza, Thanks!

This is definitely a winning recipe. These were made as individual pizzas using pita bread in place of a prepared pizza crust. The pineapple was fresh and I probably used less barbecue sauce than called for. The pizzas were put into the oven at 350 and then bumped up to 425 degrees. They were nice and crisp with heat provided by the sliced jalapeno peppers. Good luck in the contest

*Reviewed for Ready, Set Cook! #10 Contest* This was a really great pizza. My husband thought it was the best combination of a pizza topping that he has ever had. A quick and simple recipe. Made two pizzas- one with a regular base and one gluten-free base.Photo to be posted later.

I used pre-cooked roast chicken from the deli, smoked BBQ sauce, only a few Jalapeno Peppers. I found the quantity of the ingredients were a bit high and made a very high pizza however the flavour was yummy, would add a little oregano and garlic next time. Thank you
