Awesome. Hubby loved it. His two favorite toppings in one. I did use Gorgonzola because I prefer it over blue cheese. Also used some Worcestershire for saltiness A must try! Thanks!

I also made this to top steaks, and it was delicious! Will definitely try with burgers next time too! If my conscience would let me, I could eat with a spoon!

What a wonderful change from having the usual blue cheese crumbled over your hamburger. I love blue cheese, and I also love horseradish. I knew I couldn't go wrong with this recipe. Thanks for sharing, Love2Eat. Update: This recipe is in my Top Favorites of 2009 Cookbook.

Was looking for a blue cheese sauce to put on top of a grilled steak and found this. WOW does not begin to describe how wonderful this is. We have also put on hamburgers, but we grill steak at least once a week and this will be made often.

I have several family members who are low-carbing it, so I made this for them to eat on their burgers at our 4th of July cookout (in lieu of buns). I personally can't stand blue cheese or horseradish, so I didn't partake, but those who did loved it. My husband actually wants me to keep some on hand in the fridge all the time for dipping his veggies!

Delightful dressing on a hamburger and I think it would be very good on a steak too. I used cottage cheese instead of sour cream and hot horse radish. Made my Saturday night burger great. Thanks Love2eat
