Buffalo Wing Chicken Dip

"If you love Buffalo wings, here is the recipe for you!! Serve with salty tortilla chips or any other chips you like. The salt helps to bring out the flavor. Can be served hot or cold, but I prefer mine hot. If you make this, there won't be any leftovers at the party!! If you want to make this recipe lower fat, you can use Neuchatel Cheese and fat-free blue cheese. DO NOT use lower fat shredded cheese since it doesn't melt well. Just use less of it!"

  1. After looking at many different recipes for buffalo wing chicken dip, I decided to make this one. It was AMAZING. It was THE hit of the party. I definitely recommend serving it with Cool Ranch Doritoes. I can't wait to make this again just for myself!

  2. This is a good recipe. I used since I don't like blue cheese, I used ranch instead.

  3. This recipe really does remind you of buffalo chicken wings! I used ranch dressing in place of the blue cheese dressing, but then I added in about 1/4 cup of blue cheese crumbles. The buffalo sauce I used was labeled "hot buffalo," so it really did pack a nice punch! All in all, a very good recipe. Thanks! made for Spring PAC 2010.

  4. We really liked the flavor of this dip. Shredding in the processor made this dip come together in no time! I halved the recipe & then used cheese on only half (for DH & DD who can't eat it). It really does taste just like buffalo wings, but without the mess! ;) I wish the instructions weren't missing the bake time but since they are I went with 15 minutes. The cheese on top was nicely melted but the center of the dip wasn't hot so I think I'd go about 30 minutes next time with foil on top for the first half. Thanks for sharing, Everything Sweet! Made & enjoyed for Fall 2009 Pick A Chef. You've been adopted! :) http://www.recipezaar.com/bb/viewtopic.zsp?t=310505&postdays=0&postorder=asc&start=0
