Cheesy Chicken Sandwiches

This dish is particularly good for pot luck or picnics. Prep time does not include cooking the chicken. I usually have pre-cooked chicken in my freezer. You can also cook in an oven for 30 minutes at 350 degrees F.

Ingredients:

Serves: 12

• 8 cups chicken, cooked and cubed
• 1 medium onion, chopped
• 1 cup celery, chopped
• 2 cups mayonnaise
• 1 cup American cheese, cubed

Directions:

1. Combine all ingredients, except buns.
2. Stir to mix. Place in a crockpot.
3. Cook on High 2 hours or Low for 4 hours.
