Very good, as well as fast and easy. we substituted a blend of cheddar and mozzarella (we ran out of mozzarella) made for PAC 2010

We loved this bread. I used fresh parsley and and a parmesan-romano blend. DS loved the butter mixture on crackers as well. Thanks for sharing, we will make this often. Made for Fall PAC 2009

This is probably the best garlic bread I've ever made. I've never put parmesan in the mix before, but you can be sure I will in the future. I first grilled the bread with just the butter mixture. When it was almost toasted, I added the mozzarella and continued to bake until the cheese had melted. Thanks Reddi Sketti for sharing. Made for Spring PAC 2009

This is good garlic bread, but not so good that I couldn't put a piece down once I was full! I tasted the butter mixture and felt it needed a little more garlic, so I added a little freshly minced garlic. Very cheesy and good. Made for Spring PAC 2009. Photo coming soon!
