  • In a large skillet, over med heat, cook leftover mashed potatoes, stirring for 4-5 minutes or until potatoes are heated through.
  • Removed from cheat and stir in cheese and BBQ sauce.
  • Serve sprinkled with green onions if using.

  2. A ridiculously easy potato dish that is totally yummy!! I didn't bother cooking my potato in a skillet,I just threw it into the microwave to heat up,added the other ingredients and served it up,with some fried chicken-delicious!! Thanks Sam,another winner!! Made for PRMR.
