This is a good way to use up some more of the crabs we catch. I used the meat from 3 blue swimmers for it. I wouldn't mind the mix piled into avocado halves and baked for a 70s style appetiser.

Used canned crab and a mild cheddar and they were quite good but I'll be trying these again with fresh crab next time around. Made for January Recipe Swap.

Made this as lunch for DM and myself. Spread crab mixture between 3 slices of bread though (feeling greedy), though I forgot to put the parsley in but it tasted delicious and used all milk as no white wine available. I could see this being very versatile and using tuna, salmon or finely diced chicken in place of crabmeat. Thank you Jewelies for keeper in the lunch cookbook. Made for Make My Recipe game.

These were very tasty little sandwiches. I used a combination cheddar and mozzarela cheese which was what I had and it worked out well for us. I added a little cayenne pepper to flavor it for our taste. Very easy and quick to put together. Thanks

Delicious sandwiches, very easy to put together and perfect for when someone pops in and you need a quick something to eat. I made them for lunch, used a can for the crabmeat, substitute I used was lactose free milk and soy cheese as Little Miss (DD) was having some as well. Thank you Jewelies
