The recipe instructions mention adding milk, but milk is not a listed ingredient. I'm sure my muffins would have turned out better if I'd known how much milk should be used for this recipe! [Editor's Note: We contacted the author and added the "1 cup milk" as a result of this review. Thanks!]

While the cream cheese flavor wasn't very predominant, the muffins were indeed tasty. They were also extremely moist. I used light butter, light cream cheese, 1% milk and Total flakes. Everyone enjoyed them. Thanks for posting.

I made this recipe substituting Splenda in the batter and used regular sugar for the topping and they came out wonderful. I love the chunks of apple that provide sweetness along with the topping. The texture was very good and they were moist. We'll definitely make these again!

Very moist. I like that bran flakes are incuded to add some nutritional value! I cut the recipe in half and they came out perfect.
