      Since I only had a 16 ounce bag of frozen cauliflower this is how I made it.I partially thawed out cauliflower in the microwave and continued with using half of the rest of the ingredients.(Except I used 6 slices of bacon,I love bacon :))This recipe was so creamy,and cheesy,and it went very well with Southwest Style Tilapia.This will be made again,Thank you so much for posting."Keep Smiling:)"

      Really good. I didn't make any changes to the recipe. I made this for a potluck and came back with an empty dish.

      Made this last night. Family loved it and had seconds. Next time I will double the cream cheese sauce and maybe add a couple of diced scallions. This is a keeper in our house. Thanks for the recipe. Lissa

      I halved this recipe because I only had 1 head of cauliflower. This is a great way to fix cauliflower; it's not over-sauced at all. The topping is a very nice touch. I added some chopped onion to the sauce, otherwise made it as written. I will make this again and I think I'll try this with broccoli too! Thanx for sharing!
