This dish was soooo yummy. I made it as recipe stated except I used frozen corn as that is what I had and I used minced garlic as I did not have any garlic pepper seasoning. It was very easy to assemble but the hardest thing was listening to my tummy rumble with the delicious aroma coming out of my kitchen all day. Daughter went for two bowls and the handyman took a container home with him as he was practically drooling LOL Thanks so much for posting this one is a keeper for sure.

Nice crockpot meal. I used fresh chopped onion instead of dried. Near the end of cooking, I noticed that it was quite watery and not cheesey at all. I stirred in a big handfull of cheddar cheese and let it cook for another hour and it was much thicker and cheesier. I'd make this again; thanx for posting!

I was born in Newfoundland, Canada. I grew up watching my grandmother bake bread and knit.
<br>I now live in a friendly little town on the coast of North Carolina. I love to bake, especially bread and desserts. I also love to knit, especially socks, just like my grandmother. I am the co-owner of a yarn shop in our little town. When I'm not working in the shop I am usually at home in the kitchen!
