Crock Pot Lasagna

"I got this recipe online but don't remember which site. Our family loves it and I love it because I can put it on and when we come home, dinner is ready. It tastes amazingly like real lasagna but its SO EASY! Try it and let me know what you think! If you are vegetarian, you can substitute Morning Star Farms Crumbles or a 20 oz. can of Worthington Brand Vegeburger and cut the cooking time down slightly."

  • Break lasagna into pieces and cook according to pkg. directions.
  • Drain.
  • Brown hamburger, onion, garlic.
  • Drain (I use extra lean so there isn't much to drain).

  1. I was looking for something easy without running out to the store and was surprised at how yummy this is. Thank you.

  2. The boys ate it up. My family loved it and so easy. I believe in Crockpots, in the summer time living here in Arizona. ;0)

I am married, have three children and two grandchildren. My youngest "oops" baby is just turning 17 and is going to be a senior in high school in the fall.. I love to cook and collect recipes. I get a lot of my good recipes from church potlucks. Since I am now retired and a stay at home mom, I have time to search the RecipeZaar site and try a lot of the recipes. We love living on the coast and would never move back inland!
