I made these to munch on during the Sunday Football games. I like that they do not have sausage inthem like a lot of stuffed mushrooms do, I felt just a little less guilty eating so many! They had a great flavor! Made for Zaar Stars Tag.

I have been making these for years from Dom's cookbook - they are excellent! So happy to see them posted. It is a very forgiving recipe. I use this as my base recipe and change it up with what is currently fresh, on hand and what I am in the mood for.

Yummm!! I used baby bellas and they were great! I also had made fresh bread crumbs from some sour dough that needed to be used up, altho they were 2 days old when I used them in this recipe. I added kosher salt and freshly ground pepper to the egg/bread crumb mixture and used fresh parsley from the garden and freshly grated parm too. We enjoyed them and have some for leftovers which makes us very happy! Thanks for posting.

I love mushrooms! But I felt the 'breadcrumb' taste overwhelmed the other flavors. I'd decrease the amount of breadcrumbs. Thanks for sharing the recipe!

Wonderful stuffed mushrooms! I did a few amount adjustments and added in cayenne pepper and used my Kittencal's Seasoned Dry Italian Breadcrumbs and reduced the Parmesan cheese to 1/3 cup, this will be enjoyed tonight, thanks for sharing Pat, this was made for KK's cookathon

Yes, I enjoyed these very much! I made my own breadcrumbs when I discovered I was out. I halved the recipe easily. Thanks! Made for 123 Hit Wonders game.

YUMMY! YUMMY! I cut the recipe in half and was sorry I did so. The mixture tastes like stuffing! I followed it exactly and will make again and again! Thanks!
