"I have some pretty good recipes from "fringe celebrities" Here's a good one. If you don't know who Don Meredith is.....oh well."

• Yields: 1 bowl

ingredients

• 59.14 ml minced green pepper
• 0 minced onion
• 118.29 ml chopped pimiento
• 78.78 ml mayonnaise
• 236.59 ml whipped cream
• 14.79 ml chopped seede jalapeno
• 453.59-680.38 g of grated cheddar cheese (original recipe called for velveeta)
• 0.25 ml Worcestershire sauce

directions

1. Mix all the ingredients well.
2. Serve at room temperature.
3. Dandy Don said to serve with Fritos.

Oh, Rif! I couldn't "pass" this one up! Pimento cheese is one of my favorite comfort foods. Dandy Don didn't need to "scramble" from the "blitz" with this one. He threw a "bomb"! The use of whipping cream was unusual, but he really came out of the "pocket" with the addition of onions, bell pepper and jalapenos. We loved it. TOUCHDOWN!
