  • Boil potatoes with the skins on, cool.
  • Cut into cubes and put in a 9 x 13 pan.
  • Melt butter and pour over potatoes.
  • Cut up Velveeta cheese and put on top of potatoes.
  • Add salt and pepper to taste.
  • Top with Cornflake crumbs.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes.

OK....so it's not a picture of me....these 3 beauties are my babies...and I look just like THEM! If I'm not working to save up for these weddings, I'm outdoors.....and if the weather is bad; I'm indoors cooking! Such is life........
