  1. I was a little disappointed with how this turned out. It looked like it'd be really good, so I went out and bought the ingredients I didn't have on hand. I thought it was just sorta so-so. I served on Triscuits.

  2. wow! these are so quick, easy, yummy, and attractive! great appetizer recipe! I made mine with smoked chedder and left out the chives and it is still fantastic. I have to watch myself with these and try not to eat all of them! hehe! thanks so much for a keeper!

  3. These are so tasty and super easy to put together. I used Milton's multi-grain crackers and Jarlsberg swiss cheese. YUM YUM!

  4. These were soooooooo good. I made them for our Idol watching party and we have been eating all afternoon. Easy, attactive and tasty - my kind of recipe. Thanks for sharing.

  5. Served these last night and they were a hit. I used whipped cream cheese, and I think next time I will use block cream cheese and whip it myself as the cream cheese mixture was sort of runny. And I used Ritz WW crackers and a bigger cracker might have worked better. But the taste was very good.

Undergraduate student in Virginia studying biology (pre-vet). I've always loved cooking, and am very proud that I have gotten to the point where I can make-up my own recipes and don't have to use measuring cups except on new and difficult recipes. Good cooking is important on campus as the dining hall's food is not so great (I hate that they use WAY too much soy sauce on oriental dishes). My passion for cooking began with a kid's cookbook made by kids. I love to read nonfiction (and some fiction), volunteer at the local SPCA, stay fit, and hang-out with friends when not studying biology.
