  3. Sooooooooo delicious! Made this for a special occasion and it was excellent. Made it with 8 ounces of light cream cheese and 8 ounces of fetta, 10 semi dried tomatoes and 1/2 cup walnuts. Excellent! Thanks Fluffy!

  4. My first cheese ball ever and it was a great one to start with. Super easy to throw together. Only used 4 oz. of feta because I didn't realize the package wasn't 8, still turned out great. Served it at a small party and everyone loved it. Thanks!

  5. I was looking for a recipe to use a half pack of Feta Cheese and this came top when I typed in Feta. I halved the quantities, and because my feta was plain I added 2 chopped sun-dried tomatoes in oil, and a tsp of frozen Basil . I don't think you can buy flavoured Feta here in the UK? I made it last minute qand it only had about an hour in the fridge before serving, but it was very tasty. The rest was enjoyed the next day, and the flavours were MUCH better, definitely worth keeping. A really nice recipe, very simple to do, and looks great on the dish. I have never made a cheese ball before, and would certainly do this again.
