This is my favorite cheese ball recipe. It brings back many happy memories of holiday dinners with family. It's easy and delicious. It keeps well in the fridge so it's a great make ahead appetizer.
This was wonderful------and so easy! I used sliced almonds (roasted) instead of the pecans and skipped the parsley because I did not have any.Instead of making 2 large cheese-balls I made 4-5 smaller ones. Yum!

This is the best cheeseball. This must be the same one my mom makes, which is exactly what I was looking for. I didn't roll it in any walnuts, because the walnuts were too expensive ($8!!), but is still good without.
