As much as we enjoy dips, I did use just 2 teaspoons of chili powder & 1/3 cup of chili sauce in this recipe! Several friends asked for the recipe, however, & I'm sure they'll be happy to make it with the full amount of heat! A great recipe, nevertheless, & well worth making again! Love this dip! Come and get it! I have none left so I can't even share. Had a get together this early afternoon, and I had just enough ground beef and all other ingredients on hand to easily halve this recipe and it turned out perfectly. Towards the end, I had 2 small cubes of cream cheese left over from other dish I was preparing and just threw them in, stirred and this was a dip above all other dips! Very yummy, served with whole wheat tortilla chips and some sliced fresh veggies. Especially good on sliced mushrooms. Oh yes, I forgot the sugar. Darn it! Oh well, I don't think is made to much of a difference as this was just perfect for us! Thanks, weekend! You are the best! Made for *Everyday is a Holiday* February 2009.
