I cut back on the mayo and added some mozerella cheese to the dip and on top. I also added a few cloved of minced garlic. It was very good.

Wonderful dish. I cut back the mayo to 1/2 cup, added 4 oz of cream cheese and 4 oz of mozerella cheese along with a little crushed garlic.

I've been making baked artichoke dip for years, but the pickled jalapenos just added something to this. I had never eaten jalapenos before joining Zaar, and would eat them in everything if I could, so this dip-which we cooked in a crusty loaf of bread-was out of this world.

This was super! I did use marinated artichoke hearts, and I liked the taste, so I need to now try it with the ones that arent. This was so easy. I combined all ingredients and put them in my dip crockpot and let it cook for about an hour and a half (This small crockpot doesnt have any setting...it just turns on!) and then served it with pita chips. THanks for a great appy!

Amazing! I threw this together last night and everyone loved it. I added a bit of black pepper and garlic powder for additional zing. The ease and great taste of this recipe makes this a great quick-dinner dish! Thanks!

Very simple to prepare and I love that. I thought the taste was little tangy, I did use the full 1 cup mayo. Will cut back on that a little. Added a slight bit more parmesan, as I had a little left in the bag and did not want to waste it. Served with bite-sized bread. I did added about 1 clove of minced garlic, which I think only gave it a little kick!

I was craving artichoke dip and thought this one looked the easiest (and I had all the ingredients in the pantry) Well, I only had marinated artichokes but it still came out very good! I have had this recipe before at friends house with the plain artichokes and it is just as good. The marinated gives a little more kick and zing. But both ways are tasty! Thanks

I used Deb K's suggestions (added garlic and cut back on the mayo). I used 1/2 cup of regular inexpensive grated parmesan and 1/2 cup of shredded grana padana. Totally Yummy on Wheat Thins.

Used two fresh jalapenos w/o seeds and added 8oz of cream cheese. Turned out awesome, my hubby couldn't stop eating it!
