Delicious, low carb recipe! It didn't have the celery, and I thought there was sufficient cheese in the six ounces mixed with the heavy cream and mayo, so I didn't top the casserole with the remaining two ounces of cheese.people found this review Helpful. I had a cauliflower and some tins of tuna, so when this was the only recipe that I pulled up, I decided to try it, despite not having half the ingredients - no mushrooms, no celery, no cream, no onion powder and no microwave. BUT, I steamed the cauliflower whole, then cut it into bits with a sharp knife. I sauted fresh onion and mixed the cheese in milk in a pan and followed the recipe from point 6 onwards. it was lovely and creamy without the cream and i ate it with a thick slice of bread and butter! Awesome recipe! The other eater really thought this contained rice. I made a couple of slight changes -- I used real onion instead of onion flakes (even though it adds some carbs), and I used fresh mushrooms. I just sauteed them both with the celery.
