Not bad! My brother loved it, my husband and I liked it pretty well. I did make a few changes though. I didn't have chili or enchilada sauce so i substituted a can of Rotel, a can of light red kidney beans and a combination of chili sauce and chicken wing sauce that I just had sitting in the fridge. I used 1 lb of turkey meatloaf and that worked well. I didn't have enough corn chips so I'll have to use more next time and I'm thinking of using black beans next time. Thanks so much!

Wonderful - The meatloaf is always too big and I always have leftovers. I tried this with chicken and it's just as good. Used some taco flavored chips instead of adding the cayenne, gave it plenty of flavor. Thanks for posting.

What a find!! I've always have meatloaf to use up...can only eat so many sandwiches. LOL This is terrific. Made with Bri's Cheddar Meatloaf which added to the Mexican flavors of this casserole. THX, Jules, for posting a keeper!

I found this recipe desperate to use the rest of my meatloaf. This recipe was perfect. It was really easy to make and I had most of the ingredients on hand already. My boyfriend loved it! I will definitely be making this again.

This was very good! I baked a meatloaf , specifically to have the leftovers for this! LOL Prep time is great ... this is one of those recipes that people would never know you could toss it together so quickly! Always a plus in my book! Wasn't sure if I'd like the tortilla chip thing ... soggy and I don't mix well, but for some reason this wasn't a problem! :) Thanks for posting this very tasty Casserole!!!

This is wonderful. Had to bake approx. 60 minutes, but the wait was worth it. Great Mexican flavor without being too spicy. Thanks for posting this quick and easy to prepare recipe.
