These were good. I doubled the quantity of sour cream. It still seemed dry, and I felt like the salmon was a little bit too strong, so I also added a tablespoon of mayo.

These are great, especially if you love the taste of smoked salmon. But we recommend eating them the same day, the day after they had kinda dried out some.

I was trying new appetizers for my Christmas buffet so only did half the recipe and yep, this one made it! The mixture was on the dry side so I added half tablespoon of sour cream. Thanks for sharing!

These eggs were terrific & another 5* from me too, *Parsley* :-) I made a half recipe for 2 of us as written & felt the mixture was a bit dry so I added a sml amt more of the butter & sour cream, but that may have been because my eggs were quite lrg. To add a color variant for the pic & dress them up a bit, I topped them w/3 sml capers & a tiny sliver of smoked salmon. W/eggs hard-boiled as the start, they take only minutes to make & are a new way (but classic as well) to enjoy our wealth of smoked salmon here in Iceland. Made for Photo Tag & thx for sharing this recipe w/us.

Loved this recipe. Great flavor and since I just started Atkins again this is my new low carb breakfast. I will be making this often. Thanks for posting.
