Passover Cheese Puff

One of my favorite dishes that we usually only eat on Passover, although it's good all year round.

• Total Time: 1 hrs 5 mins
• Prep Time: 5 mins
• Cook Time: 1 hrs

Ingredients:

Servings: 8

• 6 eggs
• 1 cup matzo meal
• 1 cup milk
• 2 cups cottage cheese
• 4 ounces hard cheese , grated
• 1 package spinach , washed and torn into small pieces

Directions:

1. Combine all ingredients.
2. Pour into a well-greased casserole dish.
3. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.

Doesn't get easier then this! Love spinach and cheese. We both liked it and I will make this often. I did add some freshly grated nutmeg to the mix. Was out of matzo meal and ground matzo crackers in the food processor to get the required amount.
