      I made this using fresh cauliflower and it turned out fabulously! Next time I will probably use 1 8 oz. box of cream cheese (I use light) instead of all that is suggested. Most of my kids ate this too...including my mashed potato loving son!

      It was pure mush ! My cream cheese comes in 8 oz boxes? Tasted good,I think the problem is to much cream cheese,there has to be a mistake,it would be hard to believe it's because I used generic cream cheese . Just wanted to make a boat for gravy !
