These are really lovely. My 3yo had so much fun making them and they taste great. Although next time I think I'll have to make a double batch! These would be great little appetisers for a party!

I made these for a Sunday brunch and they were a big hit! Super easy to make, I made them the night before and just popped them in the oven to re-heat in the morning. You could use your imagination and make many different varieties of this recipe.

DELICIOUS! These didn't even last a whole day! Mainly because my hubby didn't realise real men don't eat quiche - he loved them! I made sure those eggs got a stern talking to! Hehe. I used dried parsley because I didn't have any fresh but it worked fine. I didn't dice the bacon small enough either so I'll remember to do that next time - darn my impatience! I really enjoyed these - this recipe is definitely a keeper for me. Thanks Jess :)

I too used premade phyllo mini shells (bought out the store's supply)...these are FABOO...made them for "break the fast" on Yom Kippur and will make them tomorrow for my wife's Synegence party. We do leave out the bacon, being Kosher keepers, and I use a combination of Smoked and regular Gruye cheese...excellent flavour. Good Stuff Maynard!!!

I made these for Thanksgiving. My DH just loved them. They were very simple to put together. Thanks for posting.

Our church has a breakfast fellowship before services on Sunday. I made these last week and they were a hit! Not one bite left. I did take one shortcut though and bought premade phyllo mini shells.
