YUM! Great salad! The chicken/corn/taco seasoning mix gives this something special! :) I didn't add cheese to mine but DH did to his. I left out the tomatoes and beans. I used "Hint of Lime" tortilla chips to top off mine and DH used fritos. My little guy (18 months) LOVED the chicken mix. I served this with Pioneer Woman's Olive Bread and wow... might've found my favorite spring time meal! Thank you so much for sharing!

I wanted a side dish for southwestern stuffed bell peppers. I omitted the chicken and, instead of taco seasoning, used a southwestern spice. Added salsa to some thousand island (I know but my husband likes thousand island dressing) for the dressing. I also just added everything together in one bowl with the spices and put that over field greens with dressing on the top. Turned out very nice. Thank you. Will try it with chicken next time.

We really really enjoyed this. Very quick and didn't require the oven. I used leftover grilled chicken, which I shredded, and reheated it with the corn. I omitted the salsa and used Southwesern Ranch dressing from Hidden Valley, and topped the salad with crunched up baked Doritos. I'm really looking forward to having this for lunch tomorrow.

This was easy to make, very filling and oh, so good. The only addition I made was adding some onion. I really like everything about this recipe. I did not use the ranch dressing. I made this for *Adopt A Tag II Fall 2008* game

This was a great salad, I had some leftover chicken and just chopped it up in it...was a great way to use up leftovers...I did use black beans instead of kidney..

Wonderful new twist on tacco sald. I poached my chicken the day before and it was so much easier to shred when cold. I used thawed frozen corn and did not bother to cook it further. I made it for 18 people and it was a huge succsess! Thanks for a great recipe! Koechin/Chef

I made this by first saute'ing the chicken breasts with some Louisianne seasoning for added flavor to the chicken, then mixed that with the corn (I used 1 can of corn, drained) and taco mix. I then tossed everything up together in a big salad bowl. This salad is easy to make and has alot of great flavors whirrling around in your mouth. It is also great served with a dollop of sour cream on top. Thanks for sharing your recipe.

This was really good. I used precooked southwest style chicken strips so i didn't have to heat up the kitchen. It was awesome. Thank you

Very good salad. I used two chicken tenders and 1 1/2 cups of corn. I also skipped the salsa this time, because I was out, but I will use it next time. I also didn't use any dressing, but I will next time. Even without the salsa and ranch though, this was really good. I loved the way the chicken and corn were seasoned, but the rest of the salad was very simple. I think I will used black beans next time, as I prefer the texture over red beans. Thanks for a great recipe I will use again!

Great salad! I ate it all cold as I took it to work for lunch and added some jarred jalapeno slices. I loved the addition of the taco seasoning to the corn and chicken. Great flavor! Thanks for sharing, Anme!

Very good salad. The warm chicken and corn on cool lettuce is terrific. I love beans in my salad, so I used some extra. I did add extra lettuce because the amount seemed to be too small. Drizzled it with a little light ranch dressing. The only thing I think it needs is onions. Thanx for sharing this recipe. I'll use it again!

I just had this for lunch (made 1 serve) but felt there was too much corn and lettuce in the proportions. Didn't use the ranch dressing but next time will try a dressing with it, I think it does need it. Thank you Anme for introducing me to something I wouldn't usually have. This was made for the Please Review My Recipe game.
