  1. These were delicious Dancer^. I just added some salt, pepper and a dash of cayenne. I used chopped turkey breast as the meat. Took this to work for lunch. YUM YUM!! My co-workers were so envious. I had to promise to make enough for everyone. Fast, easy, and delicious. Thanks :)

  2. These wraps were so delicious. I used left-over smoked turkey that I kind of shredded up and sprinkled with salt and pepper. I used shredded pepper jack cheese instead of cubed because it was easier for me. This made a wonderful, zesty filling. I dipped mine in salsa and a little guacamole. YUMMY!! Thanks Dancer^

  3. Even the kids liked this. I used tomato basil tortillas which complemented it well. I wish I had pepper jack but was stuck with regular cheddar cheese today. Since I was making them for everyone I warmed them in the oven. Perfect lunch!

  4. A quick supper good for days like today when everything's running late. Also a great use for leftover chicken. I had regular monterey jack cheese so added a chopped jalapeno. I think next time I'd leave out the corn. Leftovers are perfect to throw in a sandwich bag and take for lunch tomorrow.
