Delicious! I did add a couple more tbsp of mayo to make it a little easier to mix. Instead of garlic, I used 1 14 oz can artichoke hearts and 1 4oz jar of marnated ones. Everyone loved this. I served it with wheat crackers and sliced baguettes.

Delicious and super easy to whip up! The only thing I didn't care for was the directions...no temperature if you choose to bake in the oven, so I chose 375 and baked for 20 minutes. Also, you can't stir "constantly" unless it's on the stove, so I just stirred every few minutes. I chopped up the artichokes and used 2 garlic cloves, which gave a nice, strong garlic flavor (I'd use just one if you don't want it that strong). This was really, really good!

This was very easy to make! I was able to toss it together on the spur of the moment with ingredients I had on hand, and by using the microwave it was ready in minutes. I served it with tortilla chips and my guests ate it up. I think next time I might use a bit less mayonnaise and maybe add some cheddar cheese for more zing. I did add some salt and pepper this time. Very good, thanks!!
