Delicious! I did add a couple more tbsp of mayo to make it a little easier to mix. Instead of garlic, I used 1 14 oz can artichoke hearts and 1 4oz jar of marnated ones. Everyone loved this. I served it with wheat crackers and sliced baguettes.people found this review Helpful. You can only vote others' reviews helpful or not helpful... Was this review helpful to you? Delicious and super easy to whip up! The only thing I didn't care for was the directions...no temperature if you choose to bake in the oven, so I chose 375 and baked for 20 minutes. Also, you can't stir "constantly" unless it's on the stove, so I just stirred every few minutes. I chopped up the artichokes and used 2 garlic cloves, which gave a nice, strong garlic flavor (I'd use just one if you don't want it that strong). This was really, really good!people found this review Helpful. You can only vote others' reviews helpful or not helpful... Was this review helpful to you? Yes | No We don't know who you are. This was very easy to make! I was able to toss it together on the spur of the moment with ingredients I had on hand, and by using the microwave it was ready in minutes. I served it with tortilla chips and my guests ate it up. I think next time I might use a bit less mayonnaise and maybe add some cheddar cheese for more zing. I did add some salt and pepper this time. Very good, thanks!!people found this review Helpful. You can only vote others' reviews helpful or not helpful... Was this review helpful to you? Yes | No We don't know who you are.
