Unwrap cheese & set aside, take a wrapper & starting in the corner place stick of cheese on it roll up as you would a spring roll, dampen end corner with a little water to seal. halfway through rolling,tuck in sides,& finish rolling. heat oil, fry in batches til golden. serve with desired sauce.
So easy & very nice! They went together in minutes & with the stick cheese were very easy to roll. I plan to make these again with my 4 yr grandson. He loves cheesesticks & I know he is capable of rolling them himself. I served with marinara sauce. Made for Fall '09 Pick A Chef.
