Here's a neat little appy kids and adults really like!

  1. In a large bowl combine the cream cheese, sour cream, olives, chilis, onions, cheese, garlic and taco seasoning mix.
  2. Mix well.
  3. Lay our your 6 flour tortillas on a clean surface and evenly divide the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Spread evenly over the surface of each tortilla.
  5. Add equal amounts of refried beans on top of each tortilla and spread evenly.
  6. If using shredded lettuce and tomatoes add now.
  7. Roll and place on a plate seam side down.
  8. Cover with plastic wrap and chill for at least 1 hour.
  9. Remove from fridge and slice into 1 inch rounds.
  10. Serve.

Very good flavor. I used tomatoes, but no lettuce and they were great. Fairly easy recipe and a good one to make ahead of time. Thanks for posting.

Yum!! I made 2 batches of these for my 3-year-old daughter's birthday party and they were a hit! I didn't add the lettuce and tomato, but they were still great! Next time I will try it, though... I was just pressed for time. Also, I went ahead and mixed the refried beans with the rest of the mixture to save time on the 2nd batch. Great flavor combination!! Thanks for a great idea, Di!

WOW! FABULOUS!!!!! Di, these are just great! I wasnt sure if Id like them or not, but they are VERY good, and I will be making them again. I love the addition of the cheddar and the green chilies. Definitely use the lettuce and tomato!!! Thanks Di!!
