Delicious! I was skeptical about the ingredients (pepper jelly??) and I was PLEASANTLY surprised. I didn't have roasted bell peppers and I used kalamata olives in lieu of the black olives. I also used sun-dried tomatoes in oil (I drained the oil); the recipe didn’t specify but I think sun-dried tomatoes without the oil would be too chewy. The key to making it healthy is to remember, LESS IS MORE! The first wrap had the jelly dripping out of the ends; it was too much. I used Healthy Ones Turkey Breast which is thinly sliced; it was very filling and I only used four slices per tortilla. I realized using more lettuce made the rolls thicker and included fewer calories too. This was so good that I made it for breakfast. I think sliced cucumbers would be good with this too. A DEFINITE KEEPER!

oh yeah, these are GREAT! DH took a double batch to a company staff meeting (they do a pot-luck lunch) and he said they went soooo fast! I had made them a few days before to try out the recipe, andit was fantastic. I did half with hot pepper jelly and half with raspberry jam, roast beef (added some horseradish to the raspberry jam for these) and turkey breast, whole wheat tortillas, and left out the olives. These are so yummy, and are my new go-to for quick light warm weather appetizers. Thanks for posting!

I just realized I had not reviewed these yet. I made them for my Halloween party last year, and they were the first thing gone. I loved the combination of sweet and spicy, and apparently everyone else did as well. :-) I'm making them again for Super Bowl Sunday!

Great appy! Left out the "veggies" on some and left the meat out of others and had some that were "all the way" they were all great. I have people that wont touch a veggies and those that wont touch meat! lol Makes life interesting!
thanks for a great "adaptable" recipe!

I was a bit skeptical when I was thinking of trying this recipe because I'm a very picky eater. I omitted all of the vegetables (I'm not a big veggie person other than the normal green beans and such)and I must say, this was so surprisingly delicious! I love the pepper jelly, it complimented the ham very well and though it was sweet, it left you with a bit of a kick after each bite. Thank you for a delicious recipe. I will be taking this to work for lunch all the time!

This was definitely a taste treat! I loved all the different flavors! I left out the meat, although I plan to try this on my husband with turkey ham. I used apricot pinneapple jam and green olives instead of black, just because I had an open bottle. This made a perfect lunch. Thanks Rita!!!
