Made this with the intention of keeping it here for the 2 of us, but my good intentions got the better of me, & we shared it with our mac-&-cheese loving neighbors! & I found this to be a very nice twist on the usual M-&-Cs, what with the whole wheat macaroni & the whole-grain breadcrumbs that I used on top! A recipt to keep, for sure! [Recipenapped & made in the Vegetarian/Vegan Recipe Swap 22]

I love cooking and trying different foods, but my favorite cookbooks are now Weight Watchers or low fat/low cal cookbooks as I tend to try and make low fat/low cal recipes. I lost over 90 pounds on Weight Watchers and have maintained for over a year now -- so my cooking/eating habits have changed drastically following my weight loss and to keep it off!
