Terrific!!!!! Super easy. I used light sour cream and lite cream cheese. By accident 4 oz of olives were used instead of 2-1/4 oz and it was still superb. To speed the chilling process I put in the freezer for about 1/2 hour. I had a 10 people over for dinner and served these beforehand. I had to give my copy of the recipe away to one of my guest whom she and her husband raved about it. Thanks for posting such a great tasting and easy recipe.

Reviews were mixed, good from people who like spicy, not good from the others. Their loss! They did taste a little *ordinary* tho because I used my regular taco mix (store brand/El Paso/whatever is on sale), the olives do add authenticity. Next time I will add chopped green onion, a little less *packaged* seasoning and a something like extra cumin/red pepper plakes or like that to make the taste a little more like it was all from scratch. As far as being good finger food, rollups are the best! They don't fall apart or drip.

These are really good and pretty easy too! Made to take to a family reunion. I also used light sour cream and cream cheese and 4 oz of olives (what I had). Used 1 oz homemade taco seasoning (#66591) and a 10 count pkg (8-inch) tortillas. Thanks Fluffy for the recipe! Updated to add that they are much better after they have chilled for a few hours and the flavors have melded together.
